About

Across sectors.
On purpose

I'm Lidwina Putri, a sustainability and human rights professional based in Paris, with working experience in Indonesia and France.

5+ years at IOM - UN Migration in Indonesia (2017-2023) – project management, fundraising, institutional reporting, counter-trafficking programmes including migrant protection assistance, and PSEA/safeguarding training. A consultancy at UNESCO (2023-2024) on the social implications of climate transition policies.

Most recently, a sustainability apprenticeship at Sodexo (2025–2026), a global leader in sustainable food and services — Carbon Disclosure Project coordination (score improvement A– to A), Scope 1–3 emissions consolidation across 43 countries, and CSRD-aligned climate transition planning.

I work across these sectors deliberately — evidence-based, people-centred, and committed to the principle that sustainability must not come at the cost of the people or planet it claims to serve.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (S.Sos) in International Relations from the University of Indonesia (cum laude), a Master's in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po - Paris School of International Affairs, and an MSc in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics from the Institut de Préparation à l'Administration et à la Gestion (IPAG).
